REVIEW: JC Penny's Portrait Studio

Submitted by West Des Moines Mom

For another perspective, see JC Penny's additional review.

Why does it take me so long to learn a lesson? Once again, I am disappointed by JC Penny's Portrait Studios at Valley West Mall in West Des Moines. You can't see the pictures on their monitors very clearly (really old monitors) so you really don't know which pictures you are getting. Last time I was disappointed by that and this time too. When you can't see the children's expressions, it's time to get new monitors. I ordered Smiles By Wire so that I could go home and see the pictures and order more if I wanted to, unlike Sears Portrait Studios where you can see your pictures as soon as you get home, you can't see the pictures from JC Penny Portrait Studios online for 10 days. HELLO, that is when I get the pictures back. Why did I pay $5.oo extra to view them online when I will have them in my pretty little hands by then? Why did I go back to JC Pennys AGAIN? Oh ya, PRICE. Sears used to have $3.99 portrait sheets but NOT anymore. Now, Pennys has $3.99 portrait sheets... I'm going back to Sears next time. Sears bring back your $3.99 protrait sheets, pleeeeeeze
