If you thought dinner at Kahunaville was bad--don't even bother with the luncheon buffet. It looked as if it was comprised of leftovers. I went there for lunch today and saw that the pasta salad portion of the buffet must have been made yesterday. No one seemed to bring new pizzas out to the table. To top it off, there's not much of a selection. Those who want an extensive lunch buffet would do better to go to Happy Joe's (where the sandwich specials are smaller, from what I've been told; the sandwiches and wraps that were offered for sale here were too unhealthy.)

This was my second visit to the restaurant. Unless Kahunaville cleans up its act, it will probably be my last.

I know what you mean about the staff. My son and I went for family fun night at Valley West mall and of course I hate; ok dislike arcade type settings. Anyway with his older brother at baseball practice I figured I would make a special night for him and I. Kahunaville has kids eat free on Tues, great I'll spend $6.00 on arcade games since his meal is "free" I always try to reason money spent. I order my food and the staff is running around with their heads cut off..seriosly i've never seen more plates fly by me at that speed, I was afraid to get up without checking to my left and right for fear of knocking a plates out of someones hands. Needless to saw I wasn't crazy about my southwestern wrap and they forgot to give me my salad. As we left I heard a customer telling the manager that his chips in his salad were soggy..must have been a rough night..Yes I did tip my waitress.. I figured I didn't have to pay for my salad...always try to reason money spent...I'll try to avoid that part of the mall from now on.

ROFL - no hon, those were stares of sympathy - with the toddler in tow, everyone UNDERSTOOD the giant margarita! LOL ~ Janet
